Meet Brenda Rivera, a woman living in Puerto Rico who earns at least $25/hr from home working on social media. “I had no previous experience, in fact, no one needs experience to do this, I only knew how to use Facebook and Instagram and that’s basically what you need to know” said Brenda. She tells us that the only thing she needed was a “social media certification” which can be done online in as little as 1 hour and it costs less than $30 (Touch here to get it). “I earn at least $200 per day from home, and for me, investing $30 once for the certificate was a no brainer” she said. “They even get you clients to start the same day or help you find a steady job (from home) in the field, it’s really the work of the future, all companies have social media presence, that’s why they need people urgently”.

We asked Brenda how her typical weekday was like, She told us that she started around 9am, all she had to do was publish 2 photos with their respective captions to 2 different social media accounts she manages. “The clients send you everything, all you have to do is publish the content they give you at the time they say. On rare occasions they tell you to come up with a caption for the photos, but you don’t really need to overthink it, clients are very relaxed about it. Sometimes all you have to publish are website Links, which don’t need captions or descriptions at all.” Depending on the day, some clients have a schedule of publications they want published that day, it could vary from 1-2 or even 10 publications. “Overall, each client doesn’t take me more than 2 hours per day to work with” Some take 10 minutes to work with and you get paid $25 por those 10 minutes!”. “You can work with as many clients as you like and manage your own time. It’s perfect!”.

Brenda also reminded us about things you need to do this type of work:
•Access to a phone or a computer (laptop recommended)
•Basic knowledge of Facebook and Instagram (Tiktok is also trending now)
•Fast internet access (sometimes videos that clients provide need to be uploaded fast)
•You will always need to be available via Whatsapp or any other messaging app
•Desk or nice space to organize your daily duties and be comfortable
