By THE STAR STAFF The Vaqueras of the University of Puerto Rico (UPR) at Bayamón and the Delfines of Sacred Heart University (USC by its initials in Spanish) were crowned champions of the Interuniversity Athletic League (LAI) 3×3 basketball tournament on Sunday at Roberto Clemente Coliseum in San Juan.
