An individual who was driving naked through Mayaguez Puerto Rico, in a Toyota Rav4 suv, ran over a young woman in the parking lot of the Western shopping center, causing her a broken leg.

The man, who was arrested by Highway Patrol agents, had been seen in Rincón, where citizens alerted the Police that he was driving negligently.

At about 8:30 in the morning, he rammed the vehicle into a young woman who tried to take cover among the parked cars.

The woman was taken to a hospital and the Police continued with the investigation, to bring the individual before a judge.
