Ricky Castillo By THE STAR STAFF American Ricky Castillo won the 2016 Puerto Rico Open on Sunday at the Grand Reserve Golf Club in Río Grande. Castillo finished the tournament with a score of 271, 17 under par, one stroke ahead of Chandler Blanchet, who finished second with 272 (-16). Blades Brown took third place with a 274 (-14), followed by Davis Thompson, who finished fourth with a 275 (-13).
