Many kids and elder people live in this town and are being seriously affected. Toa Baja, one of the most affected municipalities in Puerto Rico, still looks as if no help ever came. Mountains of trash and debris all lay outside homes, businesses and buildings everywhere, and the worst part is there’s companies and personnel available to pick it up, but there’s no place to take it to.
